Prism v. Metropolitan Water District of Chicago / Construction Delay Claim for Plaintiff / After 8 days of testimony over a 2-month period measured $66.5 million - awarded $36.4 million / The award was appealed and affirmed.
Ernst v. City of Chicago
Five female paramedics discriminated against / Federal appeals court found the City liable / I measured $4.8 million lost wages / 'The court generally finds Mr. LoGiudice's methods reasonable.'

Frank Vantrepotte v Janus Capital Group, Inc.
Plaintiff claimed over $1 million lost compensation. I was hired by Janus Capital and measured minimal lost compensation due to bad publicity. The case settled for the cost of continued litigation.

For estate and gift tax purposes for the owner of about 2.5%
F.E. Moran v Illinois Union Insurance re: Parkview Condos
Construction defect consequential damage insurance claim / I measured $2.8 million for F.E. Moran and the jury returned a verdict at my number.
COVID-2019 Business Interruption
Cases are in process for the multiple businesses impacted that may have insurance coverage for losses. So far, the insurance companies have been successful at denying coverage. Losses have topped $1 billion.
Commonwealth Edison Company v. Hecker and Company Inc.
Utility Damage by Construction Company / I was hired by Hecker and Company's insurance company, Zurich. I evaluated the Commonwealth Edison billings for repairs and eliminated extraneous charges for service upgrades and maintenance unrelated to repairing the damage caused by the contractor.
Automotive Camshaft Manufacturer Business Income Loss
An electrical short caused a plant fire shutting down the automated milling process. Business Income losses were calculated and presented to the insurance company for a confidential settlement, with which the client was pleased.
Goldwind Panama Windfarm Earthquake Insurance Claim
Wind generation was disrupted and business income loss needed to be measured accurately.
